You may pay a deposit to hold the puppy until he is old enough to leave his mommy. Deposits are applied to the purchase price, with the balance due upon delivery or pickup.
In the unusual event seller can not complete the purchase, the deposit will be refunded, in full, to buyer.
In the event buyer fails to complete the purchase within 7 days of the agreed upon delivery or pickup date, or buyer decides to cancel the sale, buyer forfeits the deposit.

We raise beautiful Teacup AKC Yorkies. All of our puppies are raised in our home and on our laps. We have puppies that have been as small as 2.75 lbs fully grown. We have never had a Yorkie puppy grow to be over 3.9 lbs. All puppy's ears stand up. They all come with a 6 month guarantee against congenital defects, and will be up to date on their vaccinations. We occasionally have adults for sale as well.
